Smooth 'N Shine Spray-On Polisher (it was working fine, but noticed one day a white film that had developed on my hand where some of the serum had dried . . . just thought that it might be forming a similar film on my hair)

Mizani BotaniFying shampoo, MoistuFuse conditioner and ThermElastic leave-in (bought yesterday, used for first time today, but think I need to use again before can render final evaluation)

I've added the following to my previously minimalist (multi, biotin) supplement regimen. It'll take a couple of months to notice any effect (or so I've read):
Spectrum Essential Ground Flaxseed (1-2 tbsp/day)
Barlean's Flax Oil (1 tbsp/day)
Whole Foods Fish Oil (2000 mg/day)
GNC Women's Ultra EPO (2600 mg/day)
Yes, yes . . . maybe a bit of overkill on the EFA, but from what I understand ground flaxseed/flaxseed oil, fish oil and evening primrose oil, while all are good for healthy hair, skin and nails, they have different fatty acids which serve different health functions (e.g., EPA and DHA in fish oil good for concentration/memory, GLA in EPO good for relieving PMS symptoms, etc.).
