Is my stylist a hater??

Personally, I'd roll on to a new stylist. Find someone who supports your hair growth and isn't so negative. I love my stylist because he (probably has a lot to do with the fact that HE is a HE) supports my hair growth and the products I choose for my hair. He's the only stylist I've ever been to who said, "I don't think you really need a trim" when I sat down in the chair. That's AWESOME!

IMHO, I keep a professional distance from my stylist. That way they don't get too comfortable and think they can just do anything to my hair. Or say jsut anything they feel. I would not go back to her, by her reaction it seems that she has got too comfortable with you and doesn't remember that you are a client and don't have to talk to you in old way.

Girl.....I would not go back to her. She will not take as good care of your hair as you are now doing. Remember she is in the business of making money. PERIOD. Professional or no professional she needs to have you convinced of a reason to keep going to her. Don't let her blow your confidence of knowing what you are doing with your hair. You know your hair better than anybody on the face of this planet.
