For me, losing weight is harder.
Because to grow hair I have to avoid doing things and to lose weight I have do more things!

RainbowCurls... you said it so well... especially the fine print...

growing my hair is more difficult. i lose 20lbs without doing anything. no exercise or diet. but my hair is stubborn. it seems like my hair has been at the same place for years.

Ooooh girl...I can grow hair like weed (and gain weight like I've been smokin it and got the munchies :lachen: )... Growing hair ... it's so easy compared to weight loss. I mean you just wash it condition care for it...simple. There is none of the emotional tormoil and hunger and moodiness and just plan craziness that goes down when trying to lose weight and change your eating habits.

Uh growing hair is waaaay more easier than losing weight. At least for me. I mean all anyone has to do is sit back and let the hair grow. Unless you're going through trauma or stress or some other kind of medical, hormonal change, your hair will grow.

On the other hand, losing weight requires MUCH more effort. If you want to lose weight and keep it off , you have to do more than cut calories and exercise. You have to totally change your lifestyle and the way you think about food. I have some major bad food habits that come from years of having a revved up metabolism. I could eat anything I wanted in whatever quantity I wanted (think whole pots of spagetti, whole pizzas) and I promise you I never gained a pound. Well now I can't eat like that. I can't ever eat like that again. That's something that I have to constantly remind my self of. That's hard. I'm getting better at retraining my self to eat smaller portions but its hard.

as far as my hair, well, I'm reaching each goal ahead of schedule. I don't do anything special and I'm not a product junkie. I wrap it, keep heat to a minimum and that's about it. If losing weight were easier than that, I'd weigh 140 right now!:D

For me grow hair. When it comes to weight all I have to do is leave salt alone and 10 pounds goes just like that.

My hair grows only 1/4 and inch per month.
