Those sizes seem wrong to me. My hair ball is usually around 30-35mm, and I detangle once a week on dry oily hair. I'm natural CBL but it was only slightly bigger when I was APL.

I wash and detangle my hair once a week. Here's my week's worth of shed hair:

^^^A bit bigger than the 13mm. Sometimes it's a little less; it varies.

I'm in between chin and shoulder length, natural andoleose less than 5. I started losing less hair when I started DCing with heat and using the KT leave-in. I also moisturise every other day with water and Shea butter.

I chose 6 to be conservative but usually it's about a 5, and I'm a CBL length natural. I cowash 2xweekly on average, use an aloe vera/water/glycerin spritz for moisture, eco pink for w&gs, and recently started oil rinsing. I use Tresemme naturals for my co-washes.

it's likely best for people to count hairs and to create a poll on that.

Its good to know how many if you are losing hair like for hair loss. Not everyday people.
