I Straightened My Cousin's 4b Hair With The Hana Professional Flat Iron (Pics)

Evening Ladies,

I was itching to use my new flat iron but since I'm in No Heat Challenges, I can't use it on my own head. My cousin wanted me to straighten her hair for her, so I did. I think that it turned out really nice and I'm definitely sold on the Hana Professional! I used IC Heat Protectant and coconut oil. As a pre-cursor, I washed with her Mane and Tail Moisturizing Shampoo and used Suave Deep Conditioner (with EVOO added). She steamed for about 15 minutes and then I blow-dried. I used the comb-chase method to straighten with the flat iron.

I twisted the hair around the flat iron.

Nicely done. Gotta love that shrinkage. When you think you haven't grown any length, straighten it and confirm this misconception.
