I have a friend like that, too. She's had long hair all her life. I saw her last summer after not seeing her in almost a year and her hair was very damaged and only at her collarbone. She used to have BSL hair. I don't think she realizes how damaged her hair is now or how short it is compared to what it used to be.

You know how when you see your hair everyday it doesn't look any different to you...but when someone sees you after a long time they can tell whether is has grown a lot or gotten shorter....

Anyway, my friend thinks that nobody can grow hair like she can. We'll see

my family is a group of non believers none have long hair although if my mom stopped going to the barber shop i truly believe she could be at apl within a year but as it's getting longer and longer they are starting to ask advice

they still say people have weaves in their albums but i will change their minds with my transition from short to superlongsilky
