Two more years or when I reach waistlength. I want to prove to myself that my hair can get that long. I will wear it out more when I go out but I think protective styles (like buns and updos) will always be a part of my weekly wear to work. 2years seems so far away

I'd say no later than DEC 2007, after that its just mainteanance and learning to enjoy what i have accomplished.

I'll grow it until I get sick of it. I can't say I started out with any specific goal in mind honestly.

Provided I do make it past SL by the end of this yr...I have ~12 in. or so before I hit MBL...so that's approx. 2 yrs--Fall 2009. Thank goodness I am short (and a little short-waisted!) b/c waiting longer than that might kill me.

I want to look like Amerie on the cover of her "Touch" CD :D

ETA: The goal of Healthy Hair will never end. But the growing it out thing...um yeah. I want to simply maintain all my hard work at that point :).

My journey just started in May 2007 and hoping to reach BSL by May 2008. Once I reach my desired length I want to continue to keep it healthy so that may keep me as a lifetime LHCF member.

I've got 1.5 yrs (dec 08) left, making a total of 3.25 years. My goal is mid-back, but I recently figured out mid-back is BSL on me I got a tiny torso. I should be tickling mid-back by this time next year. By Dec 2008 I should be 3in below mid-back = WL and able to make a nice healthy trim back to BSL. *sighs dreamily*

I have no clue when it will end....hopefully if I'm able to get to waist length, then I will stop with the growth aids and such. From that point on it'll just be upkeep. I really want to know how long I can grow my hair since I've never been able to go over shoulder length EVER! And I'm close to it now after 6 months of understanding how to care for my hair.

I don't think my journey will ever end because I will always be doing something different with my hair.

I don't know if my journey will ever end. I have reached my goal, BUT I have such a vested interest in my hair, not just length but health. I will always strive to keep it healthy..that's a journey in itself, lol. I have become less strict and regimented with my hair, so in that aspect I am not spending as much time looking for products and trying them out. I am just enjoying my hair lately, and going with the flow!!

It wont end for a while. I want my hair care to be a lifestyle, not a trend

My goal is mid-back length hair and I believe I can get there by December 2008 "maybe" even approaching waistlength if I can truly stick to a really good regimen. When I initially got into healthy haircare in November 2004 my goal was collarbone length even hair all around but....thanks to LHCF the goals changed :)

Haircare has become an enjoyable hobby for me. My hubby is a mechanic and his hobby is everything cars ---if cars can be his hobby then definitely haircare can be one of mine

I am looking forward to doing different things with my hair after I reach my length goals---so my journey will not end either. :)

I dont think mine will. I love taking care of my hair and I refuse to have a difficult regimine. I want to reach waist length stretched, but the amount of upkeep it will take to maintain that hair is going to be some work in its self.

I'll say Dec 2008. I should be APL by then. Since I'm tall that would be like BSL on me. Then it would be just maintenance.

Yea, I'm done. I promised that when I reached waist length I was going to cut it shorter and layered.

January 2008. Thats when I'll do my BC and after that I'll just let my hair do what it does. i will just focus on upkeep. If I keep my hair healthy then the length will follow.

 Man! Lol, I was thinking, I guess none of these peple every get tired of all of this ish. But I guess....

My journey won't end:look:. It is a lifestyle:lol:. Just playing to some degree. I hope my hair gets to just below BSL (I mean literally covering the bra strip and maybe an inch below the strap). After that I want to maintain it, and I will use the ideas such as weekly or more deep conditioning, daily moisturizing, stretching, etc. to keep it healthy. BUT I SHALL NOT, WILL NOT WEAR THESE UGGGLLLYYY BUNS ALLLL OF THE TIME. (Excuse me for yelling, but I am tired of these old ugly things. I am just trying to persevere).

ETA: With my scissor happiness and my hair's slow growth rate, I hope to be there by March 2008. (January 2008 if I don't mess around)

I'm not sure what it would mean for my journey to end. Right now, I have a really simple regimen that I'll probably always follow with a few alterations along the way. I guess probably by the end of Dec 08 my hair might be at a length where I start wearing it down more or something. But I'll probably still do mostly what I do now. So, I don't know.

It will take another 2 years for me to reach my first hair goal of APL stretched (SL unstretched). I'll never stop my quest for healthy hair though :)

I'll maintain my length at mid back length. I give myself another year to reach that goal of full thick MBL hair.

I hope to be where I want to be length wise at least by Dec 08. I'm currently an inch away from APL. I'm hoping I make BSL by my 1 year anniversary at LHCF (April 08) and I hope to be midback by the end of 08 so then everything after that will be about upkeep.

The journey is fun and I'm enjoying it. It's exciting to see progress. It does have it's anxious/obsessive times so I am looking forward to not caring about growth as much, not taking all the vits, or running to buy every new growth product.

I havent picked a goal length yet. Right now its shoulder length becuz Ive never had it longer than that. After shoulder length Ill see how much hassle it is and decide from there.. But shoulder length will prolly take more a bit over a year maybe.

I'm giving myself two more years to grow out my layers and hopefully reach bra strap (@ least in the back) I just want griwth and health. I will continue to do what I do to my hair because it isn't tedious and I like doing it. I just hope that until the end goal whatever I do I can get to long & healthy length.
