How do I take out these knots?

Hey Ladies

I've had braids in for about two months, i was un braiding them yesterday and had very good growth but silly knots

I tried for about an hour to take one knot out but ended up losing the knot and the hair below the knot, lol (if that makes sense)

i put conditioner in it... but that still didn't work...

any ideas how to get rid of knots for future reference?

my hair is very easy to knot whilst braided

try to use a needle for it and be very gentle with your hair while doing it!

Coconut milk from the grocery store might help.
Maybe get a yarn needle or a wire tail comb.

before i got some afro detangler its the best i used organgice leave in liquid hair mayonnaise conditioniong by africas best it works good you just have to take your time and in some spots good luck

I would take the rubber end off a bobby pin and carefully use the end to unravel the knot.
