The owner was very nice and helpful when explaining about her products.The gel is great so far. I needed a new gel for my twists that was water-based and not greasy. The smell isn't too heavy either, but nice and light. And the gel did not leave any build up in my hair from what I've seen.
I tried the pomade at the hair show but it was a little thick for me. I prefer creamier things for my hair and pomades don't do much for my hair.
I'm natural BTW...
