Growing Long Hair by myself!!!

This is how I felt at first. My sisters thought I was crazy, now they lurk here

I don't say much about my hair unless someone asks me a direct question as to what I do. Lately I hear alot of "your hair is so thick girl" comments which make me laugh since my hair really is fine. Then I tell them what I do and for those few that really press me, I give them this site. If they join then I know they are serious and then I will really talk hair with them.

I agree...there has to be a genuine interest for me to start sharing hair advice now

I dont have one friend where I live...the ones i thought were friends were dancers out to stab me in the back...however i tell my spouse about the lhcf discoveries i make each day and he seems to listen with interest i think!!!who knows...when i did the big shave last year all the women at the job thought i had a nervous breakdown or something and were talking behind my back.i told them it was to start fresh and they replied with all their regimens that didnt seem to be working in my eyes b/c they still had very short hair from three -four years ago.
