I did notice my roots seemed to be growing in while i was doing yoga. Its the HEALTHY way to improve circulation through your entire body. It hurts so I stopped doing it. I think I'll designate my den as my yoga room and once I get settled in get back to every day yoga. Maybe that'll help. I just can't sit around for 4 minutes with my head dangling all willy nilly. I am prone to fainting.
