Grow an inch per week? Is this real or BS?

Started this last night.

Woke up the dog when I did it on the sofa and she thought I was playing a game with her lol:lol:

One bad thing is I got some neck pain from hanging, but will persevere.

Just comin' in here to say I really think this is working for me! No bs, i think i have grown about 1.5 inches this past month. I don't like doing constant length checks because I obsess too much. I will probably do a "check" in two weeks or so. But I'm pretty sure I've gotten at the very least, an inch. I will be back in here once I take a new length pic.:yep:

Are you all doing it for 1 week and then taking a break until the next month's week?
Sorry if you have already mentioned it.

@melahnee @faithVA @Incrediblehairgirl

I'm not consistent so I just do it when I can get to it. I may do it 4x in one week and then the next week get to it only twice. I haven't gotten an inch but my hair is growing faster than usual. I colored my hair the last day of April and with the rate my gray is growing in, it almost looks like I didn't color it. My color usually gets me at least 6 weeks of peace.

Thanks for the responses ladies!
I have been doing it for 1 week a month.

I'll shoot for daily in June and see what happens.

melahnee-

Start of with a low dose of biotin.. When I first started my journey I over did it on the biotin, and my skin paid for it..

Currently I take 5 mgs =5000mcg of Country Life biotin and a b-complex 100 (Vitamin Shoppe brand).

How much biotin and b-complex do you guys recommend starting with? I've never taken either

Start with 1000 or 2000 mcg. I have not been able to do 5000 mcg successfully. I end up with skin conditions after 2 or 3 days. No recommendations on the B-Complex.

OK, I'm in!
I have been avoiding reading this thread because I thought it was pure BS, but something caused me to check it out tonight and I like what I see/hear. I'll start it tonight. I can't check my length today but I know where it was approx. last week so I will know if it's grown by next week. If I get results I'll post pics next time.

I just started doing this today. I will see if I get any results after my seven days is over, if so, I will do it for a week every month.

here's a better length pic. I just took this today. My longest layers are beginning to pass my bra strap :drunk: I haven't done inversion in two days, I plan on doing it again tonight or tomorrow.

For people who thinks this is nonsense obviously have no knowledge in your own bodys circulation system. The inversion has many health benefits including hair growth. Not everyone will get an inch but if done properly the blood circulation that is increased in your scalp while inverting does increase hair growth. Its the same concept of scalp massages, increasing the blood circulation to promote more growth.

LMAO!! Oh come on you guys. I thought we were past all this nonsense...

Stimulating scalp massages help me to have 2 inches in 4 months. Which is amazing for me as im a slow grower. I can definitly see the difference so i know that everything that influences circulation to the scalp works. We would never know if we dont try..

I certainly do not get 1 inch a week, but when I do this 3 times a week, I get 0.5 to 0.75 inch fir the month. My crown gets the most growth. For me this excellent cause I get only 0.25 a month on average.
I transitioned for 11 months and BC to only 3 inches of hair.
I have been lazy and stopped it this month. This thread just got me motivated to start again.
It does bump up your individual growth rate.
Just edited to add 0.5 inch to 0.75 inch a month. I know this sounds very average to most but as I mention earlier my hair grows naturally painfully slow. So to me it works.

@Krystle~Hime I am also continuing this method because I do believe I have achieved good results from it! As ronie

also stated, I don't think I get the full inch, but I certainly do get a boost. :yep:

First pic- late april

Second pic- late june, and this pic was taken after a 1/2" trim/dusting. It was also greasier and not completely straight.

thank you!! bebezazueta. Also, I first started doing it for four minutes everyday. Now when I do it, I do it for five or six. I don't oil my scalp though...not sure if that would make a difference ..hmmm lol. Good luck!
