GOOD suggestion to the Admins....

I was visiting Nappturality yesterday when this site was done and that site was also doing maintainence. But the thing is, they put up a message saying to go to the "Waiting Room" while the site is down, then provided a link to their secondary forum that they use for that purpose. They use EZBoard, which is what I was on before I found this forum.....there were a few other hair forums that used EZBoard.

Anyway, it didn't have ALL the sections of the original forum but had like general sections with little messages like "stop and say hello while you wait" and stuff like that. It was very well done and it's MUCH beter than dealing with Yahoo or other "orums" that dont have the same basic look. I suggest that you all create this forum using EZ board and whenever the site goes down, have a message saying to go there int eh meantime...that way, everyone is directed to the same place.

Just a suggestion....I relaly like the way Nappturality handles it because their sites also goes down--though not as much as LHCF's does.

Actually when the site went down the last time, and most of the time it goes down with out us giving you forewarning- it has nothing to do with us, the admins taking it down. Our hosting company had an unexpected problem. I let you all know things as I know them - sorry for any inconvenice. When we take the site down for maintenance, we let people know in advance.
