Who uses this? And what exactly is it. Do you mix it yourself, or can you purchase it.

I want something to refresh my braids in the morning, since I keep them in for 3 weeks.

For some reason, natural braids don't keep as long, but I'm determined to keep them for 3 weeks, LOL.

I want to be able to tie it down, and then it looks fresh in the morning.

Does anyone else know what else I can use?

I use this, I just mixed up a batch this morning. I use 2 oz Infusium 23 with 1.5 oz Water and about .5 oz of glycerine.

Works pretty well, sometimes I substitute the water for Aloe Vera juice because I have a bunch in my refridgerator that needs to be used.:)

I am going to the gym tonight and I use about 2 oz of Aloe Vera juice 2 a tablespoon of glycerine and 15-20 drops of peppermint and rosemary oil. I put this on my scalp and spray my braids and sit in the steam room after my workout.

I use vegetable glycerine. You could also use honey or molasses. I have both I might use molasses once I run out of vegetable glycerine but this stuff lasts a long time, I have had it for over 6 months but it is like a 24 oz bottle:)
