Ok, I have my hair in braids w/hair added to my own. First is it ok to do a ACV rinse to clarify with these braids in? If it is ok....can I use it to substitute for a clarifying shampoo?

I think the answer is yes...but I would dilute it with water...when I had braids I used baking soda and water to clarify (I put a little jojoba oil and tea tree oil too)...it came out very clean, not stripped and not oily.

yup i think that should work. If you will be doing this often, I would suggest that you dilute your ACV ALOT so that your hair doesnt wind up hard over time.
