Box Braids Or Senegalese??

I'm thinking of treating myself to some braids and wondering which one is more protective for my 4B natural hair. I did install marley twists myself over the summer which was fine but I had to keep redoing them every few weeks.

This time I want someone else to do them.

Boxed braids are my default style right now but I had senegalese twists before. I love braids more because of their versatility and longevity.
