I love Tanika Rays do too. I did it one day but I looked like a fool with it , proving you can have the hair but it takes something special to carry off certain styles.

Right now I'm craving Jill Scotts fro on the current Essence cover if I could just figure that out. I'd be happy.

Any suggestions ? is it a roller set? flexi rods? any how-tos or ideas would be appreciated. Do you think you have to blow it out first? I don't use any heat on my hair but going on a cruise this week I may do a blow out as a 1x a year thing. Hey maybe I should ask this question in a new thread.

Alicia's hair is so beautiful there...I am happy the braids are gone.
Jada's hair is so fabulous!! She and Halle are my hair idols for fierce short and gorgeous long locks!

My all-time favorite is Aaliyah! I haven't found a topper for her yet!
