Drink Your Water Challenge

I'm struggling on vacation this week. I have been getting my 1L in using a soda stream bottle (my soda stream broke), then I get a 12oz can of sparkling water in. I need to add in another liter somewhere.

I went and got a physical yesterday and she told me I was dehydrated even though I thought I was hydrating myself with tea. She said tea won't hydrate me. Sigh.

Anyway. First thing this morning I drank some warm honey water.

I have two of these 16 oz, double walled cups:
50658219

I have other water containers, but I find them too big for my purposes. The goal is 8 of these a day. I am at 5.

Remember, when your pee gets lighter in color, you are on the right track.:look:

To any overeager ones, be careful when you increase your intake. Your kidneys can only process so much and cause pain if you drink more water than your body can handle. Increase sloooowlllly. I thought I had pulled a muscle mid-back on the left until the right side started flaring up.

So I pulled out a cute water bottle given to me last summer...16 oz capacity. I'm committed to using it to track my water. I've got 3 down so far....1 more and I'll have 64 oz for today.

Update: I DID IT!

I got in 82.71 today. I bought a 67 oz bottle, but now I am wondering if that was a waste. I have been doing well with a cup in the morning and two 1 liter bottles during the day/evening

I know I'm late :look: but I'm here for the challenge:toocool:. I'm used to a high water intake but for the last 3 months I have been slacking I want to get back to drinking over a gallon a day.

Daily water intake goal: 128oz
Water intake today: 144oz and feeling good.
