after an egg treatment, it straight up BLINGS-even without product and without being straightened. :yep:

Sheen when its natural, shines when straight (because I rinsed it black and use coconut oil!)

I was wondering why my hair was so shiny, even my 17 year old son said WOW mom your hair is so shiny and soft. I was taking my vitamins, fruit and vegetables, and stayed on top of my protein/ DC balance. I need to drink more water.

My hair usually shines when straight and "sheens" when curly. Internally, Omega 3,6,9 makes all the difference in the world along with water and lots of green leafy veggies. Externally, Vatika oil and consistent deep conditioning keeps it supple and shining.

Thanks for sharing the products you use..

QUOTE=prettyfaceANB;6050601]Yes, I get the bling bling from time to time. Heat always does the trick to smooth the cuticles down. I like to use "blingage" products when I apply heat to my heat like CHI Silk Infusion, Humectress Luxe, Redken Smooth Down Treat, Coconut oil, Lacio Lacio, lil KeraCare oil sheen with humidity block. Whatever floats your boat.[/QUOTE]

I wish my hair blinged more!! I see all these naturals with corkscrew curls with unbelievable shine.. My curls have no chance...Maybe when I blowdry my hair for a length check, I could see the shine...
