Hmmmm....like another poster my shady radar is going off. Why would a 44 year old man talk to his partner about being attracted to you? Honestly, I'm wondering if he's one of those jungle fever guys who has always been "curious".
It's pretty obvious you're interested otherwise you wouldn't be playing games with him....literally
Nic is giving good advice. Acknowledge the complement and return it. But he really needs to move beyond, phone games, facebook, and cutesy office behavior and ask you out like a real man...and soon.
