Hi am going to start the baggy method is a week or so. Do you think I should mix the Sunsilk Hydra TLC cream with LeKair or switch up each day.

LeKair one day in baggy and SunsilkHydratLC the next.

Do you think covering my bag with a nice black piece of cloth or black bonnet and securing with a scrunchie will look ok?

Thanks luvs:)

I'm not sure if I would baggy w/ one of these because I think the Sunsilk has mineral oil in it and the Lekair has protein in it if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure if you would want to use these on a daily basis. Maybe someone else will chime in and help out because I don't baggy much (only for pre-poo's once in a while) but when I do I use shea butter and wgo so I'm not sure.
Since you are baggying daily be careful w/ the ingredients that are in the products you choose to use. Something w/ mineral oil in it will eventually coat your hair and prevent moisture from getting in and something w/ protein could cause you to get protein overload and cause breakage. I'm sure someone has some reccomendations.

Thanks Pokahontas. I won't due it with Sunsilk but I usually or use to with LeKair. Robin from growafr....com recommended it because it is one of the few conditioners without protein.

I'll be back.:)

I agree with pokahontas, I would use an oil moisturiser like keracare or creamy leave-in like profectiv and seal with oils.

Actually, the LeKair cholesterol plus *does* have protein in it (I think). Poohbear posted a thread about this the other day. If you're looking for a protein-free moisturizer for baggying, there are tons of leave-ins you can use. Some people use S-Curl, Garnier products, or cheapie conditioners (Suave or V05). Like Pokahontas said, just make sure that you check the ingredients of whatever you use. You don't want to use anything that's too heavy, that will "coat" your hair. And don't use too much product, or your ends could get mushy (believe me, I've done that!). :)

Oh, thanks. I was so sure it didn't. I used to use it and my ends thrived. I guess my hair needed moisture and protein. Who would've thought?:)

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone.
