As for that question, well, I don't. :ohwell: It was tangled. I was actually going to flat iron it, but my flat iron just melted itself and fell apart right before the meetup. I turned it up to 400F from my usual 370 and I guess it just couldn't take it because the adhesive used to hold the metal plates in the plastic tong casing just melted and the plates fell out. :perplexed I put my hair in braids the next day and I'll be wearing those for the next 3 weeks. For serious, I'm tired of this hair. I might relax next year.

Awwwww man I missed it!!!! It looks like you guys were in Georgetown and if it was this past Saturday I was out there!!!! I need to pay more attention o would have loved to meet you lovely ladies. I could use some new ideas as far as styling and what not :'( I guess I will have to catch you all next year.

Please don't your hair is absolutely gorgeous! I remember that thread you made when you got your hair done with reniece and it really inspired me! I can't tell you how many people I showed that thread (half of them thought it was weave no matter what I told them), to show that natural hair is a great option and we can have beautiful, lush hair! You've made it this far, I know you can make it work. I know you're probably frustrated, but DO IT FOR ME!! (the person you don't know from the internet lol)

anyhoo...All you ladies look absolutely great! I wish I could have made it.

Really thinking about it. I want a change. I'm thinking if I don't like the relaxed look, I'll transition for like 3 months and cut it all off. I've never had super short hair before. I might like it.

Thank you. :) But I've been natural for 17 years, I put in my time :lol: Aren't the 17 years enough for inspiration? lol Looking for something different and less work now, I'm tired. but i attached a photo Reniece took for the weave-suspecters from this past May :spinning:
