What your regimen and how does your hair feel now?

I cut down on shampooing from 3 times per week to once per week. I completely stopped dying my hair and stopped getting it straightened. I try to use as many natural products as possible. I've been cowashing 3-4 times per week, and I always prepoo with olive oil.

My hair feels thicker now... probably because I threw my brush away! I only detangle with a wide-toothed comb now, and I'm noticing less shedding.
