Devacurl Formula Change Warning

So, I am suppose to receive my "Return Kit" to get a refund back on x1 12 oz Wash Day Wonder and x1 Liter of No Poo.

The No Poo is under the Old Label and I kinda hate to return it:eek::look:

But it will free up some cash to purchase something else. I also hate to give up on "Wash Day Wonder" Pre-Poo Conditioner too, but will send it back as well.

Before WDW - the No Poo (Old Label) was the only product I bought consistently from them and had no issues.
 
I only have the super stretch cream now and I like it.

I thought about returning it, if I had another product to use it in its place. I thought that I had a lot of the Camille Rose coconut water style setter cream left but it's nearly empty. So I'll keep the super stretch cream shrugs.

I gave away some of the Decadence line products a little while ago and I let that person know that they can get a refund for them. I'm not sweating getting the refund personally. Actually the scent of the no-poo and conditioner made me sneeze. I forgot that their cleansing products do that to me.

I thought about freeing up some cash for a second too :lachen:.

But I know that I'd probably end up buying it again so I'll save myself the trouble.
 
It is nice we have options..... Deva never wowed me so all back it goes. It is such a personal decision what we decide to use on our bodies..... I need to call and find out when my return box should arrive...
 
I heard good things about Curlsmith so it's on my list.
I don't need to take any risks with my hair (had enough) so I'm good with their stuff.
I don't NEED them.
 
This is quite unnerving. I have used Deva decadence no poo and conditioner exclusively for over 2 years maybe even more. I have not experienced hair loos with these products but I do clarify my hair at least once a week maybe that's why I haven't had any negative impacts. I am going to look into a new staple shampoo and conditioner though.
 
I took my chances with the sample size I had of the One Condition Decadence and my hair has been okay so far. I have one more sample size of the Coconut Curl Styling cream and then I'll be done with the brand.

I wonder what stage they are at with the class action lawsuit? I still see some people recommending the products.

I did find another Liter of No Poo in my Stash so I am returning x2 Liters of No Poo (Original - unopened) and x1 12oz Wash Day Wonder (unopened).

Have y'all had issues? I used Devacurl for a while this year, especially with everyone telling me not to use silicones.

I don't think I had any issues. But I tend to be a product junkie, so I don't use any line exclusively. And now I'm back to my Ouidad which equals silicones.
