Nexxus Humectress formula change

Ladies, I'd like to bring this topic up again. I can't really get the big bottle of Humectress in Canada, so I normally buy online or from target when I go to the states. I noticed the change the bottle, and usually when product packaging changes so does the formula - I just noticed this black cover you all are talking about. So the silver top bottle is our safe option?!

I wonder if all the new bottles (black cover) of other products: luxe leave in, keraphix etc. have caused problems as well?
