Suave Strawberries Conditioner as a leave-in, good stuff and smells delish!

Jojoba Oil, good stuff for sealing, makes hair soft, but doesn't seal good enough I think I need to use more.

Cross wrap-Long gone are the days of manipulating and combing into a wrap and also the 'wrap' hair look were all my hair is going to the side-I hated that!

Aveda Color Conserve Reconstructor-This is the third time I used this and I def have to buy it, slip+buttery soft hair!! Made my hair instantly soft!

Ehhh, it's Okay:
Aveda Color Conserve Conditioner-Glad I have the receipt! Nothing miraculous, for 13 bucks it should have did more.

I JUST picked this one up, but it feels like a hit. Heritage Products Rosewater. I just used it to spritz my hair and I love how it feels. I will get the bigger bottle next time.

and SHEA BUTTER! I forgot how amazing plain ole shea butter is on the skin. It feels so healing and soft without the grease. I am loving it.

MISS: giovanni direct leave-in.........i finally had the opportunity to find, buy and try, it left my hair feeling hard especially the ends and both my new growth and relaxed ends felt sooooo coated and stiff.

Silk Elements Lye Relaxer in Mild: I couldn't find my usual Vitale Ideal, so I picked this up. It was on sale for $2.98. My hair is straight when I apply heat or rollerset, but if I let it airdry - it still has a ton of texture in it which I really like.

Deep Brilliance Moisture Binding Shampoo:. I like the smell and the way my hair feels after I'm done. Doesn't detangle like CON, but my hair is still smooth after I'm done.

Miss:
Deep Brilliance Leave In Conditioner:. Just an average leave-in. Didn't notice much detangling or moisture retention with it. Good thing I bought it on clearance, I wouldn't repurchase.

Essations Moisturizing Shampoo: There is nothing moisturizing about this shampoo. It contains every sulfate under the sun and it doesn't detangle. If you need something to strip goo out of your hair, this might be it.

Jury Still out:
Essations Moisture Sheen Conditioner: This conditioner feels weird when I'm rinsing it out. Like if you got vaseline on your hands and then tried to rinse it off under just plain water. I'm sure it's the mineral oil/petrolatum in it. But it's weird because all the others I've used have the same ingredients. It has the same ingredients as Motions Moisture Plus, almost verbatim. They are even in the same order except for one item. But it doesn't rinse as cleanly as Motions. No adverse affects so far once my hair is dry/styled though. it doesn't have the best smell either.

Essations Postively Charged Conditioner: I used this one this morning after doing an overnight oil treatment. I left it in for about 5 minutes. I like the smell. Kind of sweet/floral. I think I like this better than the Moisture Sheen Conditioner. It rinses much more cleanly and my hair felt stronger and softer at the same time. I need to use it a couple more times though.

Tried and True:
Salerm 21 and Razac leave-in. These are my Holy grail leave-ins. I vacation with other leave-ins, but these two are home. Razac is a great detangler and Salerm really keeps my hair smooth and soft.

Hit revisited:
At one Botanical Reconstructor:
I had to use a cheapie relaxer (hawaiian silky) which burned the mess out of my scalp and made my hair hard as a rock. After I neutralized, it was even worse. So I slathered on the At One.. My hair was smooth as butter!!! I did my rollerset and I had some serious swang action going on!

Hit: A/O White Camellia Conditioner - You ladies were not joking around about this conditoner. I was able to run my fingers through my hair after I put some on and sat under a dryer w/a plastic cap for about 15-20 minutes....I think I'm in loveeee

damn Damn DAMN (sounding like Florida Evans) I just knew I had my pj ways under control til I saw THIS post!!! :wallbash:

:lachen: :lachen: I felt the same way when I saw the thread that they were having a sale. Curves NEVER have sales and a BOGO one at that, I couldn't resist...I was a good gamble though, I'm ordering more before the sale ends.

I didnt use heat per say. I was really busy and built up some of my own body heat but I didnt sit under the hair dryer or the heating cap. If you like the smell of the lotion, you will love the smell of this. I wish we had a store.

ETA: Really great ingedients also!

I decided to take some of my Christmas money and invest in two professional products: Keracare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo and Nexxus Humectress.

I washed my hair with the Keracare poo and the slip was AMAAAZING, it reminds me alot of CON green label, it even smells like it. Then I put on the Humectress and pull on a plastic cap...then i realized my cousin still hasn't returned my hooded dryer... so i decided to just keep it on for an hour

I rinsed it out, and decided to let my hair air dry My scalp was itching like crazy so I put some Doo Gro medicated vitalizer on my scalp (gives a great tingle) and I put Mango Butter on my hair. I wrapped my hair and went to sleep.

In the morning, my hair was sooooo soft and already straight. I wanted to add a bump to it, so i used some fantasia ic heat protector and bumped it with my flat iron

My hair is still gorgeous and soft two days later!! I've never gotten so many compliments! I <3 my hair!
