Compliments on your jacked-up hair....

...does anyone here ever have a terrible, and I mean AWFUL hair day and you still manage to get compliments from people? It happens to me all the time. I wonder what others see that I don't. erplexed

Nah not really but I'll get a compliment on my bun and think, "wow, Ive been wearing this bun for 1000 years, how could anyone feel to compliment something they see every dern day," then I realize that everyone doesnt always see things the way we see them. *shrugs*

It happens to me as well! Especially at work! LOL

That would happen to me all the time at my old job. It seemed like no matter what I did to it...or didn't do ....I would still get compliments.

I usually get compliments when my twist-outs are old and frizzy for some reason.

Yes, this has happened several times when I was the one who thought I was having a bad hair day or when I leave the house in a hurry without really finishing my hair. It surprises me every time but I sure thank them!
