Brastrap in 2007 Challenge!!!

Girl, I just got an update today! I'm so excited! Pics in my sig.:D

I know it ain't even, but I'm going back to bunning after tomorrow night, so I'll worry about getting things even when I'm at or past APL... Soooo happy I'm on my way to BSL :D

I'm doing ALRIGHT :cool: . I'm not happy with my ends, which seem to be dry dry dry no matter what I do. I'm trimming tomorrow to try to solve this (again :lol: ). The good thing is that's only happening in a small section of my hair.

The main thing I'm trying to stay on top of is moisturizing and sealing daily. I've also cut back on the direct heat dramatically (once a month) so I'm hoping to see some dramatic results come Christmas.

How's everyone else doing?

BTW, all challengers are listed on the first post of the thread...

I'm still hanging in there. I've been taking my vits daily, moisturizing and baggying while wearing my phony ponies. I haven't used any heat since August so I haven't had to deal with any split ends. I'm still keeping my faith that I'll make it to BSL by mid '07.

I'm just making it to armpit length, and I expect to do a blunt cut at armpit (in between my shoulder blades by the Fall. It was hard making it this far, and I KNOW I'm gonna need help getting from APL to BSL. Anyone with me???

We can post advice on getting over the hump, other challenges to help us get to BSL, etc.

I'm coming along fine. I need 1 1/2 inch to be APL by December sooooo I hope to be brastrap by June 2007:)

Count me in too! I will be thrilled if I can make a healthy BSL it by March 2007 - and if I can do it with a one inch trim, I will be on top of the world!

I need a trim though, and my hairlin is a mess, its thinning out, I'm 3mths post relaxer, stretching till Dec
still taking my vitamins consistently, so thats really helping.
 
Well, I had hoped to be BSL by the end of 'O6.

But I don't think that's going to happen. So count me in -- by June '07 I should be BSL, even after a cutting off a couple of inches to thicken my hair. Hopefully. :look:

I need more fullness. Hopefully henna will help (?).

I am barely touching my shoulder in the back but I am sooo encouraged with my initial progress that I am going to have a wild hair and join this challenge. I say I will reach BSL by my board stalking anniversary - Sept 07.;)

What the heck! Count me in! This is the first challenge I've commited to cause I wasn't even confident my hair would grow, but now looking at my pics I may be at my first goal of APL soon. Never even thought my hair could get that long, cause it never has been.

So why not.....BSL by June 2007! See y'all there!:)
 
I'm in, too!

I'm making good progress with my personal bun challenge, so I'm sure I can reach BSL in 2007. I'll give myself until October 2007 for healthy, even BSL length hair. I haven't trimmed in a while, so I know this will cost me a few months to make up.

I just wanted to let you know I think you have made Amazing progress!! I cant wait to see you at Bra-Strap!
 
I hope to be there by my birthday in April at the earliest, July at the latest depending if I trim/cut during my next relaxer.
