You've made great progress, that lower middle section seems to be catching up, its definitely thicker . Your hair is like my sisters, the back is trying to catch up with the rest due to previous damage, but of course it all grows, so its getting thicker and growing, but of course all of the rest of her hair is growing as well. Just keep up the good work and cut when you feel comfortable doing so.
