My mother didn't get an order for 2 months, and when she had to call again (she called the first time after a month) she canceled it. They said it was on back order, but she said they didn't mention that on the site when she purchased it. But what really upset her was that they charged her knowing they didn't have it. She said that they should not have charged her until they had it back in stock. She tried to be patient, but she said because of that she will not be ordering from them again.
