I have only tried one other brand and you get results so much faster with the Freeda. I will stick with Freeda as long as I take biotin.

I take 10 mg (Puritian's Pride) and I think it's good. My hair is soooo thick now, and I'm sure it is behind the thickness and rapid growth.

I've just started taking 3mg(since monday). Used to take about 1.5mg. How many mg do each of your pills have?
Mine are in 1mg doses, so if I were to take 10mg, I'd be swallowing like 10 pills daily, which is hard.

No, they're bigger. The 0.3mg ones were diddy. I got mine from holland and barratt and the 1mg pills were the highest doesage they had. I might have to shop around to get the 10mg's.

They have ones at GNC that for sure say Nail and Hair..not sure about the skin though..but I'm sure you can take a multi-vitamin with that too and that would cover it. They also have a Woman's Mega Vitamin or something like that..that would probably work too.

Rush girl I itched for about 2-3 days after first taking the biotin.
