Being laughed at? or is it me?

Those ladies were probably laughing...in disbelief because they can't believe black hair can look THAT good ;-). See it as a positive. You're so ahead of them

Certainly they weren't laughing at your hair because it is absolutely beautiful! How long have you been natural and what products do you use if you don't mind me asking?

you just have frizzy hair, it can be shocking to those who really take care of their hair.

You know what I mean now( groans )... black hair is either pressed or in braids or permed so we don't show the tell tell signs of frizzies. they're laughing at your frizzies in midst of curls (quite big ones if I may infer )
just remember to comb your hair out so you won't have as many because it's ok for people with tiny or tight curls to have frizzies ( like myself) but your hair type is sort of a thrown off one at that, fuzz plus big sectional curls (patches)

you'd really benefit from twist outs that's all I'm saying, it'll cloak the patches a little better and you'd also wanna get a heavy moisturizer (thick, creamy) and man you'd blow them away, I promise!!!

Ummm this must have been really hard for them.. being haters and all... if you don't watch out it won't take much to make you start second guessing that gorgeous head of hair you got! There is not a thing wrong with your head of hair... curls are popping its neat and well cared for... you go girl flaunt that hair and be proud.

Your hair is gorgeous! I won't say that they won't laughing at you b/c you were there and if you feel that way then it's probably true. No matter how great your hair is, (or anything else for that matter) it seems that there will always be someone who will try to tear you down. The fact that it's a stranger blows my mind...they must have a lot of time. Almost all of us on here can't understand why someone would laugh at you but there are other ppl who look like us but don't have the same mindset. And yes, they're jealous too.

So forget about them-whether it be a stranger or a friend/family member and just know that your hair is beautiful period.

Your hair is very pretty. I doubt very seriously they were laughing at your hair. Maybe one of them said oooh I like her hair maybe I should go natural, and maybe the other one said "chile your natural hair won't look like that!"
