It was not your hair the were laughing at because its making me droooooool!!!!! It look absolutely amazin, what is your regimen?

Believe me they were probably laughing at your shoes or pink frilly skirt, DEFINATLEY not your hair

what if it wasn't even about your hair. What if your zipper was down? Why do you think it was your hair that generated the comments????

Couldn't have been your hair. It's lovely! Maybe it was something else....or maybe it had absolutely nothing to do with you at all.

Girl, your hair is simply gorgeous. I am mystified. Your hair is on point.

You sure you didn't have a booger in your nose or something?

Girl, stop caring what those heifers say. Rock your pretty curls! They look beautiful. I wish mine were that defined. Do you Boo!

hmmmm...your hair is gorgeous to me. Even while I was wearing relaxers I always envied those who wore the big puffs and curls with their natural hair. Oh well, women will be women.

Who would laugh at your gorgeous hair?!:ohwell: If they are, they're drinking haterade!:spank::rolleyes: It may be your imagination because your hair is really pretty.:yep:

Sweetie if they were indeed laughing at you it was out of pure jealousy. Your curls are banging and your style was super cute. They probably wished there hair looked so good. I wouldn't even let them bother me or any of the other haters out there either. But, I am biased. I am in love with Natural hair. When I see it I just admire it because it does take courage and it's just something about it....maybe because it is unique on every individual. Especially for people that do the BC (I never did I just transitioned).

Anyway, you keep rocking your beautiful curls!

Girl try staying away from young immature teenage-like folks. I mean what kind of woman has time to act so childish? Folks around me don't give attitude simply because of a hairstyle but if they did, I would just keep it movin....maybe I wouldn't even notice...cause I'm busy!

Keep your chin up.

Just wanted to add my comment that your hair is BEAUTIFUL. I wouldn't think of changing a thing. It's so shiny and healthy looking. I would love for mine to look like yours. I'm working on it tho.

Oooooooooooooh! okay firstly you have beautiful hair, (reminds me of my texture...)

Girl, to be honest I don't think that some our sistas can handle the idea of natural texture. I used to get the same thing.
I am not going to say the obvious which is that they are jealous...even though they are. But I will say that in this day and age I felt that it took some guts to not chemically alter my hair; or to just wear it straight. I used to get plenty of looks. I also used to get ALOT of positive reactions from men, of all races, for some reason. I went natural for my own reasons and went back to chemicals for my own reasons, but it just felt like some sistas took it personal that you dared to not straighten your hair.
I know that you are not worried about it, but it is a little disturbing. Whenever I see a natural sista all I feel is jealous sometimes because I know that she can see and feel her natural texture anytime that she wants and that she actually has more flexibility, as far as hairstyles go, than I do.

Sorry for the manifesto...your post just struck a nerve.

Honestly, I can't stand people who are that close-minded about something so trivial. And we wonder why can't advance as a people.

I think people have advanced as a "people, " however, some haven't....mainly people like those haterz. I simply do not comprehend the hatred Blacks have for other Blacks who wear natural hair. How can you hate yourself?

Ig'nant haters. Sad to say there are ALOT of "those kind" out there. :nono: LOL but like my mama always said,"One monkey don't stop no show." Keep on keeping on and know that your hair is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Anyways, girl I LOVE your hair. I wish my curls were that big and pretty! Your hair has definite swagability. :yep:

it's you lol i don't see what there is to laugh at. i think the switch up might have you a little self conscious (girl, you listenin' too hard lol)

your hair looks great

These women would have absolutely nothing to snicker about. Your hair is gorgeous! All of those pretty curls..you would have to be a real idiot or hater to say something derogatory about pretty hair like that.

you just have frizzy hair, it can be shocking to those who really take care of their hair.

You know what I mean now( groans )... black hair is either pressed or in braids or permed so we don't show the tell tell signs of frizzies. they're laughing at your frizzies in midst of curls (quite big ones if I may infer :))
just remember to comb your hair out so you won't have as many because it's ok for people with tiny or tight curls to have frizzies ( like myself) but your hair type is sort of a thrown off one at that, fuzz plus big sectional curls (patches)

you'd really benefit from twist outs that's all I'm saying, it'll cloak the patches a little better and you'd also wanna get a heavy moisturizer (thick, creamy) and man you'd blow them away, I promise!!!
