Bday gift for someone your dating

Be been dating this guy for about a month and his bday is coming up. What should I get him? We went to school together about a year ago and recently got back in touch. I want something a little more meaningful then a gift card.

What are his interests? If he likes to travel maybe a passport case? Hit up an outlet mall you can get designer items for cheap.

For Christmas I got my bf a Coach passport case. Paid like $30 but it's worth like $80. Outlet mall! For valentines day I got him a Hugo boss shirt and tie. Paid $80 but they are worth like $300. Outlet mall! Lol

It depends. It has only been a month. How did the valentines gifts go? I would probably base it off of that. If he gave a nice gift and dinner then I would gift of similar value or lower and dinner. If it was typical flowers & dinner then a nice dinner would be fine.

Yea taking his gift giving style into account is good.

I did this. My guy has expensive taste and I knew he wasn't going to give crappy gifts which is why I went to the outlet mall. So I could get his something very nice but not break my budget.
