When I first started the Ayurveda challenge I came across a few Indian boards to read up on their hair care but I haven't done it lately. What about you? Since you've been into the Ayurveda thing do you visit Indian boards to learn some secrets?

Yup. Not specifically a hair board but they have general boards that do have a section dedicated to health and hair was one of the categories. I found two of them let me see if I can find them again. I think I just did a search for amla, shikakai oil oh and mustard oil. I think I found them when I did a search for mustard oil in particular.

:look: they even write in broken english

thanks for the links....learned about some new oils i'm going to look in to.

I go in this one some times. Iread about some new ayurveda shampoos and conditioners I had wanted to try. I haven't tryed them yet, but I may in the future. Cause they seemed pretty good.

These are the ones I really wanted to try:

The Kesavardhini oils I have been using for 1 year now. I love how it smells like cherries. You have to mix it with coconut oil. I DC with it and I use it as a pre-poo.

I have also discovered the Ramtirth Brahmi oil. Its green and has coconut oil. I seal my moisture in with it after a co wash. My last braid out I used it and let mey hair air dry. My hair was soft and bouncy.

i had no clue there were indian boards (makes perfect sense because they loooove long healthy hair too)! Well i'm off to go look...
