Yep I've seen this video time and time again. Everything was just all wrong in this video from the double processing, to the dirty dishes in the other sink, to the guy laughing behind the camera. Unfortunately many perms probably happen this way :/

Yep, this has been posted before and no I've never had a perm like this nor do I know anyone who has even when their mom did it for them way back in the day.....

yep seen it time and time again like someone said. I watched it again anyways and upon closer observation I am thinking the girl is probably real sensitive to chemical and they probably used a super which caused it to burn her scalp more. But she was smiling and laughing so I don't think it was burning that bad. She was just a dramatic teen. Glad those days are over for me though.
