Thanks girl!!! I may have to try them out!!! Were the prices reasonable? I can't wait to see your pics! I'm sure your hair is beautiful!!!
You're welcome. Btw, I didn't buy the products... I just got my hair done at the salon who used these products on my hair. ;)

ETA: Here's a few pics the day after I got my hair straightened at the Aveda salon:

Yeah, I know. I use Aveda Products at home, but never got my hair done at the Aveda Salon. I guess what I should have asked is were the prices reasonable for getting your hair done? Sorry about the confusion.:)

I went to th Aveda Salon near my house to buy hairspray. Do you all know they were sold out of the Smooth Infusion Line  All the Aveda Salons in my area were sold out, the manager called the other salons for me.

Ohhhh okay. It cost $90 to get my hair done. This is pretty expensive to me, given that I'm a cheapo and I'm not a salon go-er. This was like a one-time thing for me. Hee-hee. But at this Aveda salon I went to, the cost of your service was based on the experience of the stylist. I had an artistic designer which charges $90-105 for a shampoo & finish. Advanced designers charge $40-85 and New Talent designers charge $25-35.

Wow, that is a lot of money to me too! Your hair is very pretty!

I love Aveda!!!!! I use the DR line, the Sap moss concentrate, the Aveda Serum, and the USC. These are my staple products.

However, I am thinking of getting the Smooth Infusion line for my hair when I am stretching my relaxer!

Yes it is expensive, but I am an absolute believer in there are some things that are important enough to spend the money on....

No please stop...I cant buy this stuff. Come on, I got student loans and stuff to pay off.....

Eh...its ok I guess I will have to skip a couple of meals here and there during the week...

LOL...I feel the same way, but as I was driving back from Aveda after spending 60 bucks, I was mentally making a list of people I could borrow some money from to cover my lil splurge LOL.

Go head girl...we don't need food :look: .

CHayil

I LOVE Aveda products too  . For about a year, all I used was Aveda products, and went only to Aveda salons, but my pockets were NOT trying to hear that  . I just bought the DR shampoo and conditiner, but have not been using it a lot, because I'm trying to save it :lachen: . Now, yall got me getting out of the bed to hop in the shower and use my Aveda. I really want to get rid of all of my other products, go to the Aveda store with about $400 and just buy up some of everything...but that will be in my dreams  .
