Ok so some of you may think why am I bothered but I just can't help but notice when someone DOESN'T say anything and every body else does. I have this friend that I hang out with quite regularly. I have noticed that she never comments on my hair. When I first met her my hair was shoulder length like hers but a lot shorter and very damaged, so I used to wear a couple of rows of weave in my hair and she never said anything then - it was like I got the look of disapproval for having two rows of weave.
Now that my hair is suddenly much thicker, healther and longer than ever before she has still not commented. Now I know it cant be unnoticed because just about everybody else has said how much my hair has grown and looks healthy.
I know I think too much but I find it hard to be close to someone who isn't happy for me. I have friends that are prettier/cleverer etc etc than me who I envy but I am always able to compliment them still. Does this happen to anyone else?
