Noodlehead is a leave in curl booster from Beyond the Zone. It can be found at Sally's. Many curlies love it.

Thanks for answering.

I seen either one of those items for 6 dollars. That's not bad at all! Where did you purchase them from?

[/ QUOTE ]

I got them from a local health food/vitamin store named Garner's. They are gathering dust--which may explain the low price.

I have bought no products, but my new Vidal Sassoon ion soft bonnet hair dryer is a hit. I used it yesterday for a deep conditioning treatment, and it is the bomb!

I didn't buy anything new this month

I think thats the first time I've said that in over a year.

I did have some revisits:

Hits:
NTM Deep Mask
Elucence MB Shampoo
Elucence EMRT

Misses: None

Hmm...that's a good price. Around here it's closer to 10 bucks a bottle and the bottles are small. I think the samples are 3 dollars.

Adding to my hits list:
Kenra Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner (sanples, but a little goes a long way!)

I didn't buy any products this month because I'm on the NO PRODUCTS FOR AUGUST challenge but I stocked up on 7/30 for what I would need to make it through August:

Hits:
- Sulfur 8 Braid Spray
- Elasta QP H Two

Misses:
- None

Misses: Pantene lightweight conditoning foam( not horrible, but nothing to brag on either. the light spray detangle is much much better imo)

Jury still out:
Aussie 3 min miracle

Hits:
Bonacure hair repair shampoo
Bonacure hair repair conditioner
Bonacrue Sealed Ends
Osis leave in conditioner
Chi ceramic flat iron

Misses:
None

I didn't try any new products this month. I just re-stocked old ones.

So my Miss for this month is:
Ion Soft Bonnet Ceramic hair Dryer - It fits on your head like the hood of a jacket. It goes all the way down to your shoulders on both sides and in the back. The heating device hangs from a strap in front of you. If you like gagdets, it's really cute. However, this thing is ridiculously loud. The bonnet fabric gets too hot and might possibly burn you. If the heating device gets too hot, it cuts off and you have to wait 5+ minutes to turn it back on. The hood portion is not adjustable so it's either sitting too far back on your head or falling over in front of your eyes.

Good idea, bad execution.

Hits:
Nature's Advantage Aloe Vera Conditioner
The Seven Wonders Cream
Spectrum Coconut Oil
Avocado Butter

Miss:
African Royale M.O.M.
Hollywood Carrot conditioner

HitS: Purfumology by AURA styling Pomade. THat stuff really works! Everyone keeps asking me if I have a new relaxer and I have 3 months of new growth!

I think it's from the brand AURA the product is called Purefumology(?) pomade, it's in the yellow jar with the blue top. I mixed a little of the pomade with my shea butter and my hair came out like whoa!

HITS:

My only real hit this month is making a shea butter/coconut oil concoction. Works good for my hair, but is SUPER LOVELY on my skin. I love it when I come out of the shower!

MISSES:

None as of right now. I haven't experimented too much this month with any new products.

I just bought the 7 wonders cream. How do you use it?

[/ QUOTE ]

It's just a deep conditoner that you put on your hair for 15 minutes. I used the last of it this past Sunday by using the Ouidad method of deep conditioning your hair.

How did that work for you? It's a definite keeper for me.

[/ QUOTE ]

It worked good for me, but I won't be using it for a while. I still have whale sperm, 10 en 1, and Apretadora that I have to use up.

Hits:
V05 Pina Colada conditioner-I tried it once months ago and got so so results. Well, I decided to give it another try yesterday for my conditioner wash and was thrilled with the results. It left my hair soft, moisturized and best of all, detangled.
