I flat ironed on 325 degrees when I did my hair last. I'm scared of heat damage, (my ends are fragile and thin) so I won't even look at the flat iron again for another 3-4 months from now. This is good info. It confirms that the higher the heat, the more damage can possibly occur.

I am natural, and I use the 410 setting. I use the Sabino Loc and Bloc and so far no damage at all!
