Are there any 4b textured naturals who love their hair?

I have lots of 4B texture and I find that the most disturbing is that it always looks so dry. I like my hair but I would love it more if I could find a way to give it some shine. Bottom line is that this is what God gave me so I'm going to appreciate it.

I'm transitioning with 4z hair and this is what's killing me right now. I've used coconut oil, jam, and some motions moisture cream and it barely has any sheen.
