Its a new month and I'm def gonna make some purchases to treat my hair.... So far Ive ordered :

Lacio Lacio- ive been hearing good things about this leave-in and cant wait to try:)
Miss Key 10 en 1 Super Conditioner-I was lookin for deep conditioner with a mild protein and moisture and have heard alot about it
Sedal Keraforce Shampoo- Simply because I saw in a thread that OneInAMillion :) said that it detangles and conditions and smells nice plus her hair is bangin so why wouldnt I try it and i was looking for a shampoo like that
Essential Oils-rosemary,thyme,atlas cedarwood, basil, and peppermint..in a nut shell all the essential oils that are growth specific..and some olive butter to mix it with
Supplements-Fenugreek, I read on another forum and did sum surfing on the net that its good hair growth and strength and a thicker hair shaft..it has other benefits like its been used to increase bust size, stabilizing blood sugar, helps nursing mothers produce more milk, detoxification, blockin some of the fat that u eat, the list goes on and on..
Also L-cysteine-hair growth ,Biotin-thickness and strength, produces keratin which is what hair is made up of,
Inositol-hair growth,Amino Acid Complex-need it for l-cysteine to work and overal health, and Silica-for strength and healthy hair

Im focused on maximizing growth, strength, and lush hair for the year ..plus im on a no trim in 2007 challenge among others so I gotta step up my game so my ends stay healthy

What are U treating ur hair to;)

Good question.

I to want to try Lacio Lacio. I hear it detangles and you know detangling is my friend.

I treated myself to silicone mix (thanks to a very nice poster. Much love to ya sis ! ) That stuff gave me more slip than Humeco

I'm gonna treat myself to DRC 28...it was expensive but a sista gotta find out if it's " the one "

This month, I am treating my hair to some fresh air!! I love the Spring temperatures and the longer days and so does my hair. I have been walking outside at least 2-3 times a week.

I also need to get the over-moisturizing problem under control. I would rather deal with this than dryness, but it happens a little too often now and I know it is something I am doing (or not doing). This month I am going to make sure I get my protein on to balance things out. I hardly ever deep condition and maybe I need some protien rich deep conditions to balance things out.

Edited to add:
Oh you meant new stuff. Well, I don't plan on buying much because I have enough crap already. I do need to make an Aveda stop so I can use my Double Points coupon.:D I want that Black Malva Conditioner.

:lol: Self confessed pusha. Yes, she is!I want to try that Black Malva also.
Nelli is a pusha too. She just doesn't know it. Okay, I picked up the C Pak today. I cant wait to try it out! *Now I gotta go explain this to my 'use it' buddy on the 'Use It Challenge'. They are going to be so disappointed in me.

It's like the old Milli Vanilli song, "Girl you know it's true..." :lachen:

It's fun being a pusha, when you find something great you gotta let your LHCF sistas in on it too!

Don't worry, Tee. We won't be disappointed in you, we understand. A PJ gotta do what a pjs gotta do. :yep:

This month I'm treating myself to some Boundless Tresses. (I don't own any growth aids, so it's withing Use It Up! guidelines.)

Me a product pusha?:look:lol

Continued co-washes
I plan to try:
Dove moisture mist,
Amla oil or odorless MTG
...mainly sticking with MNT products

I got some castor oil that I never used, so I may try that. And since I'm taking my braids out, I'm going back to my modified CG routine of washing with cholesterol, so I'll be breaking out my Lustrasilk Mango and Shea Butter cholesterol too.

I'm going to treat my hair to more roller sets instead of using a blowdryer. Therefore, I finally invested my a hooded dryer.

I don't need to try this then! I was a little interested when I read the first part of the description (hair growth and thicker hair shaft). For this month or upcoming months, I plan to purchase the following products/accessories:

Boundless Tresses Growth Serum
Afro Detangler (I think I'm just going to go ahead and purchase this)
Mebco Tortoise Shower Detangler (still loving the K-Cutter but there are too many raves about this comb for me to ignore)
A new hair brush (100% Boar's Brush)
Satin hair scrunchies

I'm treating my hair to an expensive bottle of DRC 28, I've been hearing so much about this product that I had to try it, if it doesn't work out, i'm back to my nexxus emergency and aphogee

Dominican! Dominican! Dominican! I just ordered more Dom products! So, this month I will be trying them out and try to figure out what's a keeper and what's not. I will continue sport the curly look for the next 6 wks until touch up time. I will finger comb it up and wear it up like I did today.

Nothing but what is in my PJ closet. Oh...but I do need a tighter deep condition selection...soooo I might be buying 2 new deep conditioners.:look:

I just "treated" my hair to a corrective relaxer and touch up. It went extremely well btw. I based with ampro base, relaxed ors lye, rinsed and followed with motions neutralizing conditioner for 10minutes, rinsed and neutralized, conditioned for 30mins with aveda damage remedy. My hair is silky and soft and after fixing the underprocessed hair, I regained nearly an inch from my stylist chop a couple of weeks ago.

I am not buying anything new. I am trying to take a break from buying up everything because I think I am a little burned out from hair if y'all know what I mean. I think that I know everything I need to know for the time being and I just need to relax and be patient. I think once I stop stressing about hair then I will actually experience better growth. For the upcoming months it will simply be twice weekly deep conditioning treatments, rollersets and overnight baggy sessions. The only thing I might consider buying will be a color showers rinse from roundbrushhair.com

A much needed hot oil treatment and some cholesterol. I will also treat my hair to the body art henna, some amla...oh and I just ordered some BT.

I've joined a WO (Water Only) Challenge on another forum. I don't use products (no shampoo, no conditioer, no styling products, zilch). So far so good. :)

1. wash every other day (before my trip)
2. A trip to the salon every Friday ( after my trip)
3. Braids or twist (during my trip)
