Absolutely! No problem at all - I had to look back through my notes though to be sure. lol

Hibiscus Bhringraj and Brahmi. I brew it in a mason jar. I strain some into my spray bottle about 1/2 full and then fill the rest with water.

A combo that I find moisturizing, though, is Hibiscus and Amla. Maybe that one will work better for you since Brahmi can be a strengthener.

HTH :)
Thank you! I definitely used brahmi in the last ayurvedic tea I made so that explains why it might have been too strengthening. I have bhringraj powder now as well the Goddess Hair Mask powder from Henna Sooq which has hibiscus in it but I've not bought/used hibiscus powder on its own. I do need to get more amla powder so I will bookmark your post for future reference.

For transparency, I will be adding a topical compounded minoxidil and metformin at the suggestion of my dermatologist. I will continue with my overall plan but this will be added at night as a growth aid.

Have you thought of making your own growth oils?

I'm making my first growth oil. Most women I've seen with thick natural WL or longer make their own growth oils. Thats the only way you know the herbs are properly infused and using the best oils

Organic jojoba and argan are the best oils for not clogging the scalp. Castor oil is another good one to promote more density. Most growth oils on the market use cheap oils

I'm making my first batch that I started infusing in a mason jar. I will start using it probably when I have knotless braids. I like using pomades when hair is wet

Great herbs/seeds to add are amla, fenugreek, rose mary, moringa, green tea, and clove. There are so many, but these are some. The longer it's sits, the more potent it is. You want it to infuse for at least 5 weeks for it to be potent. Let me know if you ever decide to make you own :)

In the past I've made my growth oils, but now I have to be careful about applying oils directly to my scalp. That's why I use water based serums with my scalp massage.

Many of the helpful herbs (fenugreek, Moringa, amla, bhringraj) I apply to my scalp in a hair mask though.

I’m so bad at posting in here. At least I’m consistent with my growth aids though. That’s something.

MSM + Vitamin C
Pumpkin Seed Oil
Vegamour Hair Serum
Curly Proverbs Clove, Fenugreek and MSM oil.

The Curly Proverbs oil sounds nice, what is the carrier oil(s) used?

List of ingredients in the link. It’s one of my favorite scalp oils.

Ok, I'm just gonna have to pour this sulfur oil out. Another pair of earrings are beginning to tarnish :(

It's no real loss to me as I've had success just using my Ayurvedic scalp oil mix of Bhringraj and Amla.
Also my Ayurvedic cleanser mix includes the dynamic duo of horsetail and nettle.

I'm currently taking:
Neo-Cell Collagen
Neo-Cell Ceramides
900 mcg's Bamboo

*I stopped taking Mary Ruth's for a while after I :barf: 'ed up.

Not sure why that happened, but every time I look at it, I cannot bring myself to take it.:nono:

I'll get back to it soon tho' (I hope):look:

Just took my msm and collagen this morning.

I did however massaged my scalp with Yerba Concentrate, CP MSM and Clove oil and Taliah Waajid Bodifier

I received Njoy Essentials growth pomade today so I swiped a tad bit to see how it would feel. It tingled slightly going on.
