2019 Vitamin Challenge

Viviscal
Magnesium
DHA + GLA- both
my green superfood tablets
my leftover prenatals

Yesterday I had Zinc instead of iron. The day before: calcium - I scaled down the dairy in my diet. I think I'll do that three pill rotation while keeping the rest constant for a bit.
 
Jumping into the challenge all late.
Life happened and I hadn’t worked on my hair other than deep conditioning and protective styling for the last year. I hadn’t kept up with growth either.

I’m currently a little past CBL & looking to be APL by the end of the year.

I’ll already take:
L-Lysine
Garlic tablets
Vitamin C - 1,000 mg
Probiotics

I’ll be adding:
Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails

I’ll be taking them indefinitely.
