My first official post even though I've been lurking.

Iust started back Monday with Amla oil as a pre treatment. Results: very shiny, soft but strong feeling hair, no breakage or lost hair.

Also rotating sulphur butter, indian hemp, coffee tea herb mix,, castor oil and now as soon as I get some more $, Natures Ego!:bouncegreen:

@Lita after looking over some of your comments i ordered from sirodnaturals. i ordered the orgnaic fermented black rice water.

i contacted them on IG, but wanted to ask someone else. is the spray for everyday use, or does it need to be rinsed out daily (has a strong smell)

@ms.tatiana Hello! It depends on how your hair reacts to it,try it out first...I spray it daily, but only on my roots.

Happy Hair Growing!

I forgot to report that I used that fenugreek rinse I had releasing in the fridge it's moisturizing goodness for at least 2 weeks. I sprayed it on my hair and scalp last night and noticed it had great slip.

I forgot to add the MSM powder to it though so I will probably do so just before I spray my scalp again. I did however, add my essential oils to it and had a good tingle going on. So all was not lost.

I would like to join. My growth aid will be homemade sulfur oil. I slathered some coconut oil on the length of my hair and applied some of the sulfur oil to my scalp and massaged it in tonight. I put my hair up in a bun and wrapped it in a satin scarf. Will sleep with this in and wash it out tomorrow morning.
Will most likely do this once or twice a week.

Recipe
1 tsp sulfur powder
2 oz jojoba oil
6 oz grapeseed oil

I’m late to the party, haven’t been active on the boards in FOREVER. I’ve revisited some old notes of mine on Ayurveda and some new findings as well. My regimen will be simple:

Supplements:
Nutrilife multi vitamins
Nutrilife hair vitamins
MSM + Vitamin C

Topicals:
Curly Proverbz Oil Blend for my scalp
Sunny Isle Extra Dark Jamaican Black Castor Oil for the length

I’m using a digital planner to track my photos, habits, notes. It’ll help me at a glance see WHEN I start to get lazy. This is these Is always my biggest area of opportunity.
