Hi Ladies,

Keep up with your steaming and please share your results. What benefits have you noticed? Have you noticed any changes to your hair as a result of steaming?

Thanks,
Roz

@Rozlewis, Before I started using a steamer my hair was so dry that it felt and sounded like dry leaves rubbing against each other when I rubbed my hair between my fingers. I was already doing a weekly moisturizing treatment using the dryer and it just wasn't doing for me. I don't have that issue any more and I don't want to ever go back. :)

Do any of you who do not use a plastic cap while steaming have big hair? If so, do you steam with a puff, plaits, or twists?

Steaming right now with:
Jasmine Bath & Beauty's Avocado & Silk (over Tea with EVOO on top)

Steamed on Saturday for 15 minutes doing a hot oil treatment using coconut oil. After washing my hair I steamed for 35 minutes using Shi-Naturals Peppermint Deep Conditioner with coconut oil.

I steamed Saturday with Miss Jessie Rapid Recovery. My hair came out so soft. I was under for 45 minutes :)
I hope to get another treatment in Saturday again with my MJRR again. I am trying to get back on the ball for my hair care but I can only get this in weekly. I have a very tight schedule and have neglected me for too long.
