2015 - Full STEAM Ahead

@CodeRed

I got great absorption. Beweave it or not, minimal runniness. Will try it again on Saturday.

Maybe with EVCO or something.

I did it on freshly cowashed hair. Will try it again that way on Saturday.

I wonder how it works on dry/dirty hair? I know a former member in U1B1 use to do it like that (like a Pre-Rx) and then wash, dc afterwards.

@The bolded - that's how I used it. I thought because my hair was dry that it may absorb all of the oil and keep it from running down but I think I had my steamer on high so essentially was drowning myself :lol:

Nexxus Emergencee protein...steaming now with NG Herbal Blends, my absolute favorite of all DCs. The stuff has instant slip, smells great and my hair loves it. I'm so excited because I actually have to clip my hair up to get it all under the hood, I'm not trying to waste this luscious steam!

Now that I got my Q-Redew I'll be joining this challenge for the new year. Today I did my first steaming with a DC. I used Mielle's babassu conditioner.

Hello Ladies...
I have been with my head in the books and shopping for the holidays. :) okay so.. I bough a few things. LOL but.. I have been steaming with my Dudley Hair rebuilder, Via Argan Oil and moisturizing conditioners for at least an hour on wash days. I straightened my hair last week and I went to get a trim :) I am happy. It isn't as bad as I thought.

Steaming in some KJ Naturals Raspberry Coconut Conditioner right now. I am back to my weekly steaming now that the cooler weather is among us.
