i think ive had a lil spurt :ohwell: i dont kno i decided not to check till next month then in Sept itll b my 6th month
 
i'm gonna check in for my second 6 months of trying to grow out my TA into a Afro in December. But I'll post a starting pick later.
 
I would like to join for the last 6 months. The starting point is in my fotki under hair growth. According to my siggy I believe I'm still in the twa phase:grin:

Well, my 6 months was in July. My hair has grown but I had some setbacks, so im extending this challenge until Dec. (1 year TWA grow out :grin:) Im a TA now, so hopefully by Dec i'll have an afro :crossfingers:
 
My check in date is 8/8/2008. I can do a ponytail now. Well 90% of my hair makes it in now. I still need to use some gel for the front. I will post pics on 8/10.
 
going well. i don't measure, so i cant say how many inches it has grown since the BC in May...but it is growing really well and quite fast! Maybe i'll measure in December...

I am currently at a TWA and wanna be at a TA by dec.

I am cowashing daily and styling with Fantastic IC Gel. I wash with poo every two weeks and I am only combing on poo days

Starting Point is in siggy, and i dont type my hair for real

You look so pretty with your TWA!! You BCed on my Birthday! :grin: You will be rocking pretty a pretty puff and twistouts by December!!
 
I'm officially out of the twa zone. Now I'm on to cornrowing and half wigs to gain more length. I miss wearing my hair out because it loves cowashing every other day. I may also alternate with braids (kinky twists and singles). Patience is the key! You can see my album, natural hair journey to see BC till now.
 
I've been trying to stay positive with my hair. It's been 8 months and I can finally put a headband on to pull my hair back. Pic in my sig

i dont kno if i announced but i have a TA now but i want to be SL within the next 6 months can i stay in this challenge

Hey Ladies it is good to see all is going well, My update is my avitar and my siggy, I had a ste back because I shaved my head in may 08 lol!! I know, i'm crazy. But so far so good!! My next pic update will be in November, that will six months for me! Congragulations on all that growth Ladies!
 
Shouldnt this challlenge have ended already? either way i still didnt grow out my twa lol. Almost there!
 
Hey Guys!!! I wanna join. I dont know if you guys remember a thread i posted a while back but...i was forced to BC on June25 from a stylist jack up which also left me with a huge bald spot in the back of my head,,,,,anyway the spot is thriving and now im just ready to grow my hair back,,,:grin: The first pic is my start...the second is almost 5 weeks after bc and the last pic is almost 6 weeks after bc (combed out).
