Once again im here to ask a question. How do you know when viirgin hair 4a/b is ready to be relaxed and also does the kera care oil moistorizer work well for anyone who's tried it. Can oil really noistorize the hair?

When you say how do you know when it's ready to be relaxed, what exactly do you mean? Personally, I would not relax until after the person w/ the virgin hair has finished puberty (is that what you mean) because the hair is still changing up until that point?

I've never tried the kera care oil moisturizer so I can't answer that. As for does oil really moisturize the hair, I think it can but it depends on the oil and how it's applied.

For ex. mineral oil doesn't moisturize.

I do not like the Keracare Oil Moisturizer with Jojoba Oil at all. I didn't find it to be moisturizing, actually it was the complete opposite, drying.
