I'm new to the coffee and tea rinse could someone tell me what do you have to do? I would like to stop shedding if I can. Thanking you in advance.
Susan
I just bought Nature's Gate aloe vera shampoo and conditioner to try out and both have coffee arabica seed extract in them, is that a good start? It's the 7th ingredient in the conditioner and 8th in the shampoo.
I've been hearing good things about coffee rinses and tea rinses. Once I reach my first off session in my braids regimen (I'm doing 2 months in extensions and then 2 months in 2 strand twists with my real hair) I will try them out.
Thanks JustKiya, how strong do you make your coffee rinse?
Oh lord, my cheap factor is coming out...well I guess 1 cup coffee makers can't be too expensive but would instant coffee have the same effects as brewed coffee? Feel free to laugh at me and my question cuz I'm cracking up at myself right now![]()

*lol* Yeah, I think instant would have the same punch - as long as it's caffeinated, as it's the caffeine in the coffee that is helping us out.
